What we say:
Ibanez bring innovation to the masses again with the AELFF10-NT! This AEL has been given the fanned fret treatment: fanning the frets out in either direction from a given central point means that the lower strings have a longer length than the higher strings and therefore should tune tighter and stay in pitch better when tuned lower than concert pitch. For modern altered-tuning acoustic styles that utilise extended range and super low pitches, fanned fret instruments can mean the difference between sounding like you're in tune or being slightly out and sounding wrong. Precision is the goal here!
Aside from that, you get a good quality pickup and preamp system, two outputs (both normal 1/4" jack and balanced XLR) and a lovely balanced sound. This is a great guitar for experimental players.
